AGAVE SPIRIT (SILVER)
If you enjoy tequila, you'll enjoy our Agave Spirit. Because it is produced in the United States, it can't be called tequila, but it is made from the same ingredients used by top-shelf tequila brands. Made with 100% blue agave, it is smooth enough for sipping and works beautifully in your favorite tequila-based cocktails.
AMBER RUM - 90 PROOF
Amber Rum begins with our Silver Rum and is aged for six months in a used Garrison Brothers bourbon barrel. The barrel gives it a beautiful amber color with notes of vanilla and caramel alongside an earthy molasses character. Enjoy it neat or in cocktails; its bourbon-barrel flavors also make it a great stand-in for whiskey in classic whiskey-based drinks.
SILVER RUM
Our Silver Rum is made from a blend of blackstrap molasses and turbinado sugar. It's a versatile spirit that's especially well suited for mixed drinks and cocktails.
HONEY SPIRIT
Our Honey Spirit is made from 100% local honey with a simple ingredient list: water, honey, and yeast.
TEXAS HEAT CINNAMON RUM
Texas Heat starts with our Amber Rum and adds a hint of cinnamon flavor. It isn't sweetened and avoids the thick, syrupy consistency found in many cinnamon-flavored spirits.
